Job summary

Allisonville Meadows Assisted Living, part of American Senior Communities, is hiring a Lead Server for a full-time position. The role runs Sunday to Thursday, 10:30 am to 7:00 pm, supporting residents with care, meals, and hospitality.

Responsibilities include taking meal orders, assisting in meal prep, and coordinating with the Culinary Manager to meet resident needs. Onboarding new teammates and teamwork are emphasized within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Prior food service, restaurant, or hotel experience preferred, but not required.
• Customer service focused and the ability to demonstrate the core values listed above is a must!

Responsibilities

• Takes resident meal orders as they are seated.
• Assists in preparation of meal items.
• Communicates effectively with the Culinary Manager throughout shift as needed to best meet needs of the residents.
• Acts as a positive teammate by helping onboard new teammates.
