Job summary

Inspire Brands is seeking an experienced Senior Culinary Innovation leader to drive core menu and LTO concepts from concept to commercialization. You will translate briefs and consumer insights into differentiated products, while providing hands-on culinary direction through prototyping and testing.

Responsible for guiding cross-functional teams, vendor partnerships, and commercialization readiness, you’ll coach the Culinary Innovation team and help advance strategic menu initiatives across

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 year degree with a concentration in Culinary Arts or Food Science / closely related discipline.
• Preferred 4 year degree with a concentration in Culinary Arts or Food Science / closely related scientific discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in culinary innovation, food science, product development, menu strategy, or related discipline.
• Experience leading complex innovation programs from concept through commercialization.
• Multi-unit restaurant, foodservice, or CPG experience strongly preferred.

• Lead larger and more complex core menu, LTO, and product improvement initiatives from concept through commercialization.
• Translate briefs, insights, and objectives into differentiated products that drive guest satisfaction and traffic.
• Hands-on kitchen direction through prototyping, testing, and validation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendor partners through commercialization readiness.
• Provide coaching and leadership to Culinary Innovation team members.
