Job summary

UC Davis Health is seeking a Lead CT Technologist to coordinate CT department workflow, review protocols, and provide staff education. The role acts as CT charge, oversees image quality, dose reduction, and safety, and ensures efficient patient flow.

Senior technologist with leadership experience will manage imaging protocols and equipment issues. Responsibilities include patient coordination, data archiving, and collaboration with radiologists and clinicians to maintain high-quality CT results

Qualifications

• CRT certification required.
• ARRT (R) radiologic technologist certification required.
• ARRT (CT) certification required.
• IV certification within 6 months of hire desired.
• AHA or Red Cross BLS or UC Davis Health CPR required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate department workflow and act as CT charge.
• Lead technologist for cardiac, research and procedural exams.
• Ensure image quality, dose reduction, and safety per protocols.
