Job summary

Talent Staffing and Recruiting is seeking a Lead CT Technologist for a full-time day shift in Aurora, CO. The role is an onsite leadership position in an outpatient imaging setting, guiding a CT team while staying hands-on.

The pay range is $38.84 to $54.38 per hour, commensurate with experience. Requirements include ARRT CT certification, state licensure if required, and BLS, with at least two years of CT experience. This is a direct hire opportunity.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) and CT certification by ARRT (CT).
• State licensure if required by law.
• 2 years of CT experience.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross) valid through 60 days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Coach, monitor and evaluate CT team performance with a focus on productivity and quality management.
• Coordinate services, prioritize assignments and workflow; perform the responsibilities of the underlying CT Technologist role.
• Guide the team through complex or novel issues.
• Oversee equipment quality control testing, maintenance and troubleshooting.
