Job Summary and Qualifications

The Lead CT Technologist performs various imaging procedures ordered by physicians, ensuring quality patient care in a diagnostic environment. Acts as a role model and resource for staff, responding promptly to requests and issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure adequate staffing and coordinate daily assignments.
• Complete exams and operate equipment safely.
• Mentor radiology students and implement proper techniques.
• Understand drug actions, side effects, and contraindications.
• Manage supplies cost-effectively.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited 24-month Radiological Technology Program.
• Current BLS certification.
• ARRT registered; CT Certification or within 6 months of certification.
• 1-3 years of CT experience preferred.
