Job summary

OU Health in Oklahoma City seeks an Assistant Dean & CRNA Program Director to lead a new CRNA program within the College of Nursing. This onsite role requires building a department, recruiting CRNAs, and guiding accreditation so enrollment can begin in 2026.

The position reports to both the Dean and the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and demands exceptional teaching, leadership, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• CRNA certification is required.
• Minimum of two years clinical practice; five years CRNA preferred.
• Experience teaching or leading within a CRNA program is required.

Responsibilities

• Launch and develop the new CRNA program aligned with the College of Nursing mission.
• Report to the Dean and Associate Dean for Academic Affairs; oversee department growth.
• Recruit CRNAs, secure faculty, and establish clinical placement sites.
• Oversee accreditation to prepare enrollment by 2026.
