Job summary

OU Health is seeking an Assistant CRNA Program Director to lead the development and launch of a new CRNA program in alignment with the College of Nursing's mission. The role reports to the CRNA Program Director and collaborates with faculty and administrators to advance education and scholarship.

Ideal candidates will have CRNA practice with a strong teaching focus, be detail-oriented and self-motivated, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• CRNA practice experience with a strong teaching focus.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• PhD, DNP, or DNAP; must hold or be eligible for an active OK APRN license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and launch the new CRNA program aligned with the College of Nursing's mission.
• Collaborate with Program Directors, Executive Director for Student Affairs, Department Chairs, and Associate Dean for Academic Affairs.
• Represent faculty and students related to the CRNA Program and liaise with the CRNA community.
• Onsite leadership; remote or hybrid work options are not available.
