Job summary

OU Health invites applications for the role of Assistant CRNA Program Director to develop and launch a new CRNA program in alignment with the College of Nursing mission.

The leader will report to the CRNA Program Director, collaborate with program directors and college leadership, and serve as a liaison between the College and the CRNA community. Experience as a CRNA with a teaching focus is essential, with strong interpersonal skills. This onsite role requires no remote work.

Qualifications

• PhD, DNP, or DNAP required; must hold or be eligible to obtain an active OK APRN license.
• CRNA certification required.
• A minimum of three years of practicing as a CRNA.
• A minimum of two years of teaching experience in addition to two years of faculty leadership experience within a CRNA program.
• A record of scholarship and extramural funding is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and launch the new CRNA program in alignment with the College of Nursing's mission.
• Report to the CRNA Program Director and collaborate with other Program Directors, the Executive Director for Student Affairs, Department Chairs, and the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs.
• Represent faculty and students related to the CRNA Program on all levels and act as a liaison between the College of Nursing and the CRNA community.
