Job summary

Rosaires Care is seeking a Lead Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to provide clinical anesthesia care and lead a perioperative team. You will collaborate with surgeons and anesthesia teams, mentor CRNAs, oversee scheduling, and drive quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and outcomes.

This leadership role emphasizes collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and strategic involvement to improve departmental effectiveness within a dynamic perioperative setting.

Qualifications

• Current certification/licensure as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-focused anesthesia care skills.
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and team collaboration abilities.
• Knowledge of quality improvement and operational best practices.
• Effective communication skills with multidisciplinary stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver anesthesia services in collaboration with surgical and anesthesia teams.
• Support team leadership by guiding workflow and ensuring adherence to clinical standards.
• Provide oversight of scheduling and departmental operations to maintain continuity of care.
• Contribute to quality and process improvement initiatives.
• Partner with physicians, CRNAs, hospital leaders, and operations teams.
• Mentor and support CRNAs to strengthen clinical performance and consistency.
• Participate in strategic initiatives to improve departmental effectiveness.
