Qualifications

• Current RN licensure with OR/perioperative experience or strong OR readiness.
• Knowledge of sterile technique, surgical workflow, and perioperative safety.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and ability to perform in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and patient-focused care skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons and collaborate with anesthesiologists and other healthcare professionals to support successful surgical outcomes.
• Prepare the operating room and ensure readiness of supplies, equipment, and sterile field practices.
• Assess patients, monitor condition as appropriate, and help maintain safe perioperative care.
• Implement evidence-based OR nursing practices to support procedures and patient safety.
• Coordinate with the surgical team to maintain effective communication and quality standards.
