Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program.
• Two (2) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating anesthesia services for diverse procedures.
• Preoperatively evaluate patients to assess status and anesthetic risks.
• Administer medically directed anesthetics during surgery and diagnostic procedures.
• Respond to critical patient care needs related to monitoring, IV access and airway management.
• Conduct pre- and post-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Lead daily operations, manage staff coverage, and mentor nursing staff and students.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
