Job summary

Syska Hennessy Group is seeking a Critical Facilities Supervising Engineer - Project Manager to lead multi-city projects in the United States. The role focuses on contract management, budget control, scheduling, and client communications, with a strong emphasis on QA/QC and technical leadership.

You will collaborate with trade engineers, oversee design and fieldwork, and drive performance while mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Plumbing or Electrical engineering.
• 12+ years of relevant MEP experience.
• PE license required.
• Hands-on design using CAD/REVIT is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage project function across goals, contracts, budgets and schedules.
• Maintain client satisfaction and project information flow; coordinate with engineers.
• Develop staff skills in project management and ensure QC/QA processes.
