Job summary

The role requires PE licensure and senior-level leadership to drive project success. The position emphasizes design excellence, building systems expertise, and effective team management within a dynamic office environment in Dallas.

Qualifications

• PE registration is required.
• 12+ years in a consulting/MEP engineering environment.
• 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Hands-on design and CAD/REVIT experience required.

Responsibilities

• Engineer of Record on dedicated projects and lead coordination meetings.
• Supervise staff, manage budgeting and scheduling.
• Prepare proposals and administer project contracts.
• Coordinate with accounting to prepare monthly invoices and manage project finances.
• Lead design standards, specifications, and criteria.
