KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a dedicated Teacher to join Crème de la Crème centers across the country. You will lead and mentor teachers, implement our curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.

You will partner with families and center staff to support enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, building strong relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.

Competenze

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Active CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).

Mansioni

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
