Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a passionate Teacher to join our Crème de la Crème and KinderCare centers. You will lead the classroom, model best practices, and implement our curriculum to support every child's growth.

Partner with families to ensure the best care and education, collaborate with center staff and leadership to reach enrollment and accreditation goals, and foster positive relationships with licensing authorities and community partners.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Active CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willing to obtain.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
• English reading/writing/speaking to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum aligned with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community partners.
