KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring teachers to guide and inspire young learners across our centers, Champions, and Crème de la Crème programs. You will implement age-appropriate curricula, foster a safe, nurturing environment, and partner with families to support each child’s growth.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills; ability to multi-task
• Active CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements
• Approved state trainer (preferred)
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
• Read, write, understand and speak English to communicate with children and parents

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in the classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback
• Implement KinderCare curriculum consistent with each child’s needs
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education
• Support center’s success; collaborate with staff to achieve enrollment, accreditation and engagement goals
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners
