Qualifications

Experience supervising a credit team.
Strong knowledge of financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
Excellent verbal and written communication; high ethical standards and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Supervise the team as they analyze and underwrite new & renewed loan requests across various loan types.
Spread and analyze financial information for all lenders and branches within the market.
Participate with sales in forming credit officer memos providing financial analysis support.
Monitor and evaluate post funding performance and draw requests.
Participate in Loan Committee meetings with Lenders.
Support loan analysis conclusions to all affected parties including customers.
Assist sales with Sales Contact files management, reporting, and training.
Perform other duties and support all team functions.
