Provident Bank in Woodbridge, NJ is seeking a CLA Closing Coordinator IV to lead and execute complex loan closings for commercial lending and CRE projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a smooth customer experience for borrowers, Relationship Managers, and outside professionals.

This senior role may supervise or mentor less experienced closers, coordinate with attorneys, finalize post-closing documents, maintain procedures, and participate in department projects to improve efficiency and

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Construction Mortgage Loan closing.
• Ability to manage heavy workflow with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and reviews pre-closing documentation for commercial lending and CRE loans.
• Coordinates development and maintenance of department manual and assists with special projects.
• Liaises with attorneys, Relationship Managers and other professionals to schedule closings.
• Sets up loan files and coordinates with Loan Administrator on closings.
• Processes post-closing documents and reports for input to systems.
