Perform hands-on work across multiple trades, including carpentry, basic plumbing, basic electrical work, drywall, painting and flooring.
Direct and guide other craftsmen on multi-person job sites, ensuring work is completed safely and to company standards.
Assess unexpected on-site challenges independently, coming up with practical, professional solutions quickly.
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating project steps, managing expectations, and maintaining a clean, professional workspace.
Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines consistently.
Demonstrated experience managing projects or leading teams on active job sites.
A strong, diverse skill set in multiple trades, with a solid knowledge base in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and flooring.
Your own set of basic hand and power tools to perform daily tasks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details to customers clearly.
Prior experience estimating job costs or scopes of work.
Strong independent problem-solving skills and a reliable, "can-do" work ethic.
A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
Specific trade certifications or licensing (though not required).
We believe in respecting our craftsmen and supporting them with a steady stream of work, reliable administrative backup, and a fun and positive team culture.
