Job summary

4 Hands Brewing Company seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales efforts across multiple markets, overseeing a team of on-premise and off-premise sales associates based in St. Louis and Kansas City.

The Sales Manager will drive performance, build distributor and retail relationships, increase brand visibility, and help grow 4 Hands across existing and future markets. Collaboration with leadership, marketing, production, and taproom teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience with beer/alcohol wholesalers or suppliers.
• Proven track record of leading sales teams.
• Strong knowledge of on-premise and off-premise channels.
• Existing market relationships in Missouri, Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, Tennessee preferred.
• Experience with chain/key account relationships is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of on-premise and off-premise sales associates in Missouri.
• Develop market-specific sales plans to grow distribution and visibility.
• Oversee wholesale relationships across Missouri and adjacent markets.
• Collaborate with leadership, marketing, production, and taproom teams to align sales strategy with company goals.
• Monitor market trends and distributor execution to drive growth.
