Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a countywide 4-H Youth Development program
• Deliver programming via clubs, schools, afterschool, camps, and special programs
• Recruit, screen, train, and support volunteers
• Ensure programs are research-based and measurable
• Maintain compliance with youth protection policies
• Collaborate with county Extension colleagues and statewide teams
• Develop outreach and secure external funding
