Job summary

Churchill Downs Incorporated is seeking a Count Room Manager for Presque Isle Downs & Casino in Erie, PA. The role oversees the daily drop and count processes for slots and table games, and leads the Drop/Count Team to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and PGCB regulations.

The manager will chart attendance, approve schedules, handle disciplinary actions, and coordinate with the gaming operations leadership to maintain smooth, compliant functionality in a fast-paced casino

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required; three years' supervisory/management experience with money handling preferred.
Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
Intermediate PC skills; Microsoft Office experience required.

Responsibilities

Ensure accurate drop/count of slot and table games revenue daily.
Supervise Drop/Count Team members and enforce policies and procedures.
Chart attendance, issue corrective actions, and approve weekly schedules and vacations.
Perform disciplinary actions and oversee hiring/firing of Drop/Count personnel.
Ensure compliance with PGCB regulations and internal controls.
