EverActive is seeking a motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Team Lead to join our new assisted living therapy team serving Livonia and Northville. This role combines hands-on OT with leadership responsibilities to enhance resident independence.

The ideal candidate will hold a Michigan COTA license, have experience in senior care, and demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills within a multidisciplinary team.

Competenze

• Michigan COTA license is required.
• Graduate of an accredited COTA program.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a multidisciplinary team.
• Interest in leadership and quality improvement.
• Experience in assisted living or senior care preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT.
• Lead and support the therapy team across assigned assisted living communities.
• Coordinate day-to-day therapy operations and maintain efficient workflows.
• Collaborate with facility staff and interdisciplinary care teams to address residents' needs.
• Help residents improve daily activities and maintain independence.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
• Support a positive team culture focused on quality care and collaboration.
