Qualifications

• 7+ years as an estimator, cost manager, or similar role.
• Strong ability to analyze construction documents and extract cost information.
• Experience collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary estimating SME for cost estimates, budgets, and ROMs.
• Lead the estimating team and manage workload to meet SLAs.
• Develop and maintain detailed cost estimates for project funding packages.
• Standardize estimation templates, tools, and methodologies across projects.
• Collaborate with Client, JLL teams, and external partners during estimates.
• Investigate and apply new technologies to automate workflows.
