Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, operations research, economics, or a related technical field.
- 12+ years of cost engineering and economic analysis experience.
- Experience leading technical teams and major cost engineering efforts.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Capability Area Lead for Cost Engineering and provide technical leadership across the department.
- Lead cost engineering analyses and economic assessments including LCCEs, ICEs, IGCEs, affordability and cost-risk assessments.
- Provide independent, data-driven advice to government customers and program offices.
- Translate complex analyses into actionable insights for acquisition, pricing, and business decisions.
