Job summary

Summit in Hagerman, NM is seeking an experienced food service supervisor to oversee the correctional kitchen’s meal production and service. You will directly supervise the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals, following company recipes and contractual obligations, while ensuring quality across all offerings.

Ideal candidates will have prior supervisory experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising multiple employees in a food service setting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and service knowledge.
• Advanced degree in culinary arts preferred.
• Food Handler’s certification preferred.
