Job summary

Keefe Group, LLC is seeking a Commissary Operations Supervisor to oversee cart delivery and supervise staff within a jail/correctional facility. You will manage inventory, train employees, and ensure safety and compliance while coordinating with facility operations.

The role requires strong supervisory skills, familiarity with MS Office, and the ability to work in a correctional environment. Monday–Friday schedule with 6:00am start and the capability to lift up to 50 lbs may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 18 years of age.
• Valid drivers license to operate.
• Familiarity with inventory management and Microsoft Office programs.
• Requires strong supervisory skills to lead people and get results through others.
• Ability to work in a correctional environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to define problems and resolve them quickly.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large delivery cart throughout the facility.
• Lead and train a small team.
• Oversee inventory management including cycle counts.
• Apply time management to ensure timely deliveries.
• Train employees on procedures and safety.
• Adhere to safety standards and policies.
• Solve problems as they arise in daily operations.
• Distribute commissary orders to inmates using approved channels.
• Utilize computer systems (Excel/Word) to track activities.
