Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of nursing staff including scheduling, orientation, performance improvements and competency assessments.
• Develops and evaluates treatment plans and provides patient care and education to offenders.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures; report goals to Leadership for review and approval.
• Perform administrative duties: organize daily operations, quality assurance, HR tasks and staff development.
• Maintain effective communication with physicians, management, patients, families and external agencies.
