Qualifications

• Any equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and coordinate daily maintenance operations and training.
• Provide oversight to maintenance and trades staff and supervise personnel.
• Prepare reports, review requisitions, and maintain records for personnel, budget, and operations.
• Inspect work areas and ensure safety standards; support emergency responses.
• Serve as Tool Control Officer and Duty Officer, monitor work areas and review findings.
