Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a Building Maintenance Foreman, Utility Plant Supervisor, or Corrections Tradesman Instructor with a trade specialty; or
• Six years of experience in construction, maintenance or repair of buildings; or
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Operational Planning: plan, assign, and coordinate daily maintenance operations and training.
• Staff Supervision: oversee maintenance and trades staff and carry out supervisory responsibilities.
• Record Management: prepare reports, review requisitions, maintain records.
• Safety Oversight: inspect work areas, ensure safety standards, document findings.
• Security Duties: serve as Tool Control Officer and Duty Officer, monitor areas, review findings.
