Responsibilities

• Assist in ordering, receiving, checking, and storing foods and supplies.
• Supervise food service workers; maintain kitchen security and train staff in equipment operation.
• May perform meat cutting and baking duties.
• Prepare routine records and reports; work rotating shifts when others are unavailable.
• May prepare and submit documented incident reports.
