Job summary
Tundra Technical Solutions is seeking a Copilot Studio Architect to provide technical and solution leadership for enterprise-grade conversational AI using Copilot Studio. You will define design, governance, and integration patterns across Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Azure.
The role requires a hands-on architect who collaborates with business, security, platform owners, and development teams to translate requirements into secure, scalable Copilot Studio solutions,
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience designing Copilot Studio solutions.
- Solid understanding of generative and retrieval-grounded AI.
- Experience with SharePoint Online information architecture and governance.
- Experience across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Azure-based services.
- Knowledge of Entra ID, RBAC, and data-security controls.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architecture and technical design of Copilot Studio-based solutions.
- Design secure and governed knowledge experiences using enterprise data sources.
- Define knowledge architecture, permissions, content lifecycle, and governance patterns.
- Design agent topics, prompts, actions, workflows, and user-feedback mechanisms.
- Define grounding, citation, content-filtering, and access-control patterns.
- Architect integrations with Power Automate, SharePoint Online, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Dataverse, APIs, and Azure services.
- Facilitate architecture workshops and translate business scenarios into solution requirements.
- Coordinate architecture decisions with security, enterprise architecture, and stakeholders.
- Define testing and validation approaches for accuracy, grounding, and access controls.
- Provide technical direction to developers and review Copilot Studio configurations and artifacts.
