The Facilities team plays a critical role in enabling safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operations across the site. The team partners closely with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, SCADA, and Construction teams to optimize facility systems, drive continuous improvement, and support world-class semiconductor manufacturing. Through innovation, technical expertise, and collaboration, the team helps ensure the performance and reliability of critical infrastructure that powers Micron’s success.
The Lead Coordinator - Facilities HVAC Operations is a key technical and operational leader responsible for leading HVAC-related facility systems, controls, startup activities, and operational improvement initiatives. This role leads OHC, TAB, building, and control room coordination efforts while driving system reliability, operational efficiency, safety, quality, and cost savings. The position serves as a primary point of contact for HVAC system startup, testing, controls integration, and advanced solving across the site.
