Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of general technical experience.
• Prior diagnostic troubleshooting experience.

• Basic computer and analytical skills.
• Valid liability insurance and driving record within MVR guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical services on cold drink equipment at customer accounts.
• Lead, coach and onboard new cooler service team members.
• Backfill and provide support for Field Service Supervisor.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and inventories are ready.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and safe work areas.
• Cross-functional collaboration to resolve customer issues.
