Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC (Coke Florida) is seeking a Lead Cooler Service Technician to join our Sarasota team. You will perform mechanical services on cold drink equipment at customer accounts and help coach, train, and onboard new cooler service staff.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, with possible weekend/holiday rotations. The role requires flexibility, safety focus, and compliance with company/DOT vehicle policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of general technical experience required.
• Prior diagnostic troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated mechanical, technical and electrical aptitude.
• Basic computer and analytical skills.
• Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical services on cold drink equipment at customer accounts.
• Lead coaching, training, and onboarding of new cooler service team members.
• Keep refrigeration equipment in proper operating condition.
• Maintain positive customer relationships.
• Ensure vehicle has appropriate levels of parts inventory.
• Backfill and support for Field Service Supervisor’s absences.
• Lead special projects and inventory reviews for parts and equipment.
