Job summary

Eurest is hiring for a full-time Senior Cook at Boston Scientific - Spencer, IN. Schedule is 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with no weekends. Paid hourly position offering growth in a food-service environment.

Qualifications

• Batch cooking and recipe cooking experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the cooking activities of food service team as assigned.
• Prepare entrees and menu items following established recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment after use; perform routine cleaning.
• Label, date and store food items; maintain organized storage of supplies.
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure food safety and quality.
• Comply with health and sanitation regulations and department procedures.
• Maintain daily production records and required documentation.
• Assist in cross-training of employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
