Evening and night shifts apply, with opportunities for growth in a fast-paced venue. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong guest service, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to established recipes and menu specs.
• Follow established food presentation guidelines.
• Adhere to food and equipment safety rules.
• Assist with ingredient prep.
• Expedite food items accurately and efficiently.
• Receive and check accuracy and quality of food supply orders.
• Sanitize and organize cooking and serving areas to ensure compliance with Health Department and Lucky Strike Entertainment standards.
