Job summary

Responsibilities

• Operates, cleans, and sanitizes foodservice equipment and work area.
• Prepares food following food safety guidelines, diet restrictions and standardized recipes.
• Serves food according to portion control guides and diet restrictions.
• Promotes the Benedictine Mission and Core Values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect and Justice in daily activities.
• Performs other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned.
