Qualifications

• Prior experience overseeing end-of-day cleaning and breakdown, including upholding cleaning standards.

Responsibilities

• Train employees and direct work assignments.
• Advise management on purchasing to minimize waste.
• Ensure quality and portion control using approved recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment as per procedures.
• Label and maintain food rotations to minimize spoilage.
• Follow HACCP guidelines for food safety.
• Serve meals and gather customer feedback.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
