Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services is seeking a full-time food service supervisor at Spring Arbor College. You will supervise food-service associates, ensuring adherence to food safety standards and quality control.
The role requires experience in overseeing daily operations and cleaning standards. This position offers a schedule from 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm with rotating weekends. Full-time benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
Directly supervises food‑service associates in accordance with policies, procedures and applicable laws.

Full‑time schedule: days may vary, 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm with rotating weekends.
$15.50 – $17.00 per hour.
Prior experience overseeing end‑of‑day cleaning and breakdown, including upholding cleaning standards.

Because this position requires services in an educational facility, there may be periods (e.g., winter and summer breaks) when food‑service needs decline or cease. Such periods may be unpaid and deemed a temporary layoff; depending on business needs, the associate may be required to work year‑round, potentially at a different location during break periods.
