• Cleans and maintains culinary utensils and equipment and the working area with helpers.
• Assigns work, trains employees from the resident population, and evaluates performance.
• Plans menus when needed and inspects personnel and areas to maintain safety and sanitation.
• Keeps records, requisitions, receives, inspects, stores, inventories supplies, and acts for the Supervising Cook in absence.
