Hope Stay Senior Living is seeking a Culinary Supervisor to lead the dining services team, ensure nutritious meals, and uphold food safety and resident satisfaction. This full-time role supports daily operations in our senior living community.

Qualifications

• Experience in dietary services management or supervision.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• ServSafe certification preferred or ability to obtain.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily management of dining services operations.
• Support the supervision, training, and scheduling of dietary staff.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with menu execution, food preparation/quality, and resident satisfaction.
• Work with culinary staff to prep and prepare meals.
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering food and supplies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen and dining environment.
• Collaborate with leadership and care teams to support resident dietary needs.
• Help foster a positive, team-oriented culture within the department.
