Tigg's Canteen Services is hiring a Full-Time Lead Cook in Auburn, Indiana to oversee daily meal prep and supervise the kitchen team at DeKalb County Jail. The role requires leadership, adherence to recipes, and comfort in a structured environment. Shifts run 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with rotating weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain facility security clearance.
• Flexibility to work assigned shifts, weekends, and holidays.
