Job summary

Qualifications

• Food safety certification required.
• Demonstrates basic math and counting skills.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and assigns daily work activities to staff and supervises task completion.
• Trains staff on job duties, food safety, sanitation, and cooking methods.
• Cooks and prepares food following recipes and guidelines.
• Sets up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Prepares ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, and chopping.
• Safely uses knives and kitchen utensils.
• Operates ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers, and other equipment.
• Bakes, roasts, broils, steams, and uses various cooking methods.
• Garnishes, portions, and stores food per guidelines.
• Maintains cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Provides excellent guest service and supports Aramark policies.
• Maintains production records and schedules as required.
