Job summary

Olympia Hospitality is seeking a Lead Cook to prepare high-quality meals per standards and schedules. You may supervise kitchen staff, delegate tasks, and ensure SOPs and health-safety protocols are followed under the guidance of the Executive Chef.

The role emphasizes teamwork, speed, and attention to detail in a dynamic kitchen, with a focus on maintaining quality and a safe, compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years grill experience
• Experience leading and directing the work of others helpful
• Experience with receiving orders and inventory control helpful
• High school diploma or equivalent; Culinary Arts education preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality meals in accordance with menu specifications and production schedules
• Direct kitchen staff, delegating tasks and guiding preparation/production
• Follow standard operating procedures and kitchen systems, including logs and inventories
• Maintain health and food safety programs per regulations
