Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in making Kitchen products (BBQ, Hot Foods, Dim Sum, Sushi, etc.).
• Well versed with workplace health and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Kitchen production processes and overall working environment.
• Monitor production efficiency and evaluate productivity levels.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and compliance with recipes and specifications.
