Responsibilities

• Schedules and supervises daily activities of staff.
• Trains staff on food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Cooks and prepares food following recipes and guidelines.
• Sets up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Prepares ingredients by measuring, weighing, and chopping.
• Operates ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers, etc.
• Prepares and presents food according to guidelines.
• Maintains clean, sanitized work areas and equipment.
