Job summary

Qualifications

• Food service experience is desirable.
• Sanitation certification is preferred.
• Ability to write, speak, and read in English as required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Operate grill, burners, ovens and cooking equipment per procedures.
• Prepare and season foods, control temps and cook times per recipes.
• Ensure safe, clean, and sanitary workstation and proper oil management.
• Assist in training new staff and perform duties of Cafe Aide when needed.
• Follow Northwest Community Hospital policies and standards.
