Qualifications

• Knowledge and practical experience in food service.
• Sanitation certification is preferred.
• The ability to write, speak, and read in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate grill, burners, ovens and other cooking equipment.
• Prepare food per recipes to minimize waste and serve customers efficiently.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment per regulations and policies.
• Season, fry, grill, sauté and other methods; ensure proper cook times and temperatures.
• Assist in training new employees and orientating staff.
• Interact with customers to describe menu, ingredients and cooking methods.
