Candidates must have at least three years of relevant experience, the ability to work overnight shifts, and a proven understanding of food preparations. Qualifications

• At least three (3) years of experience in a similar role.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare food items to standard.
• Must be able to work an overnight shift (10:00pm to 6:00am).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for learning all food outlets and answering general questions.
• Anticipate the guests' needs and respond appropriately.
• Prepare food items according to established menu plans.
• Maintain control of the kitchen and inform chefs of staffing issues.
• Engage guests and build positive relationships.

Skills

Ability to prepare a wide variety of food items

Basic reading and math skills

Demonstrated understanding of sanitation procedures

Ability to work in a high-volume environment
